DPD Laser

I noticed a bunch of negative reviews for DPD Laser, so Im not sure if my five start rating will make any difference. But I receive a few packages delivered by DPD and every time that I have received the sms in the morning I also receive my package that same day. Yesterday I received a sms but it had my office address on for delivery so I phoned and asked them to change the delivery address to my home address instead, it was done within minutes and promised that I will receive my delivery today 12/12/2024, receive my messages this morning and my packages has been delivered to me already. So I cannot relate to the people that had bad experiences. Thank you DPD for getting my packages to me as promised, the one was a very important package that I desperately needed to receive.
