DPD Laser Buffalo logistics Temu Disasters.

Temu is not a bad company to buy from. However Temu uses Buffalo or Fastway as their Courier Service provider. Then something strange happens. A third party Logistics company gets involved. This would be DPD Laser. Your order is collected by then and Sadly once it gets here its stuck. So my order got to them on the 1st April 2024. My cut off date for delivery was the 10th April 2024. They claim to have a back log of parcels but never are helpful or clear on the ETA dates. If you lucky the package will arrive two weeks later. If not. They will claim the package as lost and now you are totallu *****ed. Thousands or Rands lost and nobody to claim the money from.
