Dpd laser bad service

I’ve had the worst experience with this stupid courier service. So unprofessional and you you will bed them to deliver your parcel to be delivered. They are used by Runway and this is the 3 time I’ve had such a bad experience with them. They have kept my parcel for 2 weeks and I’m getting no assistance even when I call customer service.
