DPD Laser bad service

I ordered a parcel from Runway sale. I've had 3 failed deliveries and every time I call the call center I am told it's out for delivery and the driver is on the way. The call center ladies I spoke to don't really care and not interested in assisting and very rude. This is not the first time I have this bad experience with them. Horrible service
