DPD Laser appalling service.

I had a parcel with them for delivery. They did deliver. Upon enquiry they said I was unreachable whereas I never recieved any call or SMS. I only discovered via their tracking system online. This happened twice. Yesterday the 19 and today the 20th December 2023. They were two different parcels. When I disputed this claim, the lady who was answering me just dropped phone on my ear. I wrote an email complaining, the never bothered to reply. Appalling service. Worst company. Next time I shop online, I will first find out which company they use because DPD a company I don't want to associate with.
