DPD Laser and bull****

Delivery was supposed to be on Saturday. Guy only phoned me on Sunday, and said he already passed me. Will deliver today. (Monday) said I'm not available, I'm on the road seeing clients. So, he said he will deliver later. Later apparently his car broke down.... whatever!!!!! Then he **** on his delivery notes:........ Message from Shein: Dear customer, It is a pity that your order G*************** tracking number BUF************XX delivery has attempted failure. The main reason is due to insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery etc. Please kindly contact your local carrier to get the parcel soon in case it returns to sender. We are always at your service if you need any help.

Monday morning: Then the first call center lady said that she doesn't know the names of the delivery people or the cell nr. The second lady can see that. Delivery person: Matepe: nr: 079 259 ***X. But according to the second lady, my parcel was only due for delivery later this week? Interesting, because according to the company, it was supposed to be Saturday. Still have the messages. Then she said that they actually don't delivery in this area. But then why taking the job?? It is frighting of the amount of bull**** going on in this company. I wonder if they realized that the average person / client, is not 3 years old or idiots???
