DPD Laser Logistics - the worst logistics partner to get into bed with. The fact that reputable logistics companies are sharing any kind of business with DPD is simply mind blowing. The excuse for the call centre and the agents manning the phones is beyond logical understanding in this economic environment- between the levels of training and perhaps education it is simply a lost cause. If anyone is considering the services of this company, my advice to you would be to “run” preferably in the opposite direction.
