DPD just delivers to random people.

I get the feeling the courier drivers for DPD Laser don't care about who they give a package to, just as long as it is ''delivered''. DPD Laser sent me a message that my package from Makro will be delivered on 21/10/2022 at my place of work. I realized that I will not be available that day and chose on their website (via the sms) a new date for my package to be delivered (24/10/2022). The next morning (22/10/2022) I saw on my emails that they anyway delivered my package to ''the security'' at my place of work. I went to my place of work on the Saturday just for the security to note that there was never any package delivered by DPD Laser. So, now the package is ''missing'' and no one knows where it is just because DPD Laser decided to deliver the package to a random person trusting that they will be honest enough to give it to me. There is a reason why I asked for it to be delivered to me personally on 24/10/2022. So, now I am out of pocket because DPD Laser decides to just deliver a package to whoever and not to me personally. Never again will I order anything online from a company who makes use of DPD Laser as a courier.
