My parcel was collected on 8 August 2026, and today is 21 August 2026 — 13 days later, and it still has not been delivered.

According to your tracking portal, the parcel is currently sitting in a nearby town, yet somehow you are still unable to get it delivered. This is completely unacceptable.

I have never experienced such terrible, inefficient and frustrating service from a courier company. Taking almost two weeks to deliver a parcel that is already in the immediate area is beyond ridiculous.

Your service is an absolute disgrace. I expected a professional courier company to provide a basic level of efficiency and communication, but this experience has been nothing short of pathetic.

This is, without a doubt, the worst courier service I have ever experienced. I expect this matter to be addressed urgently and my parcel to be delivered without any further excuses or unnecessary delays.
