DPD is the worst

I am contracted with Pargo and their 3rd party courier is DPD oh what a horrible couple of months it has been. Parcels are never collected on time. Some times it takes days for DPD to collect standing orders. When you cal their call centre you are met by the most unprofessional customer care team. They throw word around, they are rude, they hardly know anything. When it come to them delivery parcels, it’s always a problem. It’s either they swapped parcels, do not deliver parcels in time and their driver don’t care
