DPD is the most useless delivery company ever

If I could give it 0 stars I would have. I ordered a package on Temu. Package was delivered to. The wrong address by DPD. I didnt receive a call for delivery or a mesage. Nobody tried to get hold of me. They cant supply me with a proof of delivery . The place they said they delivered doesnt even know anything about my package. On their system it shows 1 date yet 2 different times the parcel was delivered. They expect me to drive to the premises where they say it was delivered myself and query tbe delivery by them . If you call them the phone lines are so bad you cant hear anything. On email they cant give a solution . Uterly useless
