DPD is ********* and needs to be stopped!

Parcel was out for delivery yesterday. The driver went to the wrong adress (even though I double-checked I gave them the correct one). When I gave him the right adress (5,6km away from where he was) he refused to drop it off because it's not in his assigned area (even though both adresses fall under Bellville).

DPD marked my parcel as "couldn't complete your delivery", and I have received no correspondence since.

I sent them an email to complain, no response. I called them today, a woman named Megan answered, I told her what happened and that I want to know when I can expect my delivery, and then she was silent and ended the call.

I have read that DPD has terrible reviews of similar things happening and I cannot believe that Volpes and other companies are still using them.
