DPD is a ****!

DPD needs to be taken to court for taking peoples parcels and not delivering them and then recording that they have to some random persons name! This has got to be stopped! This is theft! Drivers do not call to confirm nothing. I bought a pair of sneakers from Shelf Life paid an extra R200 for express delivery its Friday today i dont have my parcel yet i got an email and whatsapp saying its been delivered to Nicole!!! Made the order beginning of this week. Im absolutely not impressed with DPD what a joke of a delivery company!
