DPD horrible service!

Expecting delivery whole day phones are on, delivery could be complete because they couldn't get hold of me, spoke to the security at the gate states yes they were here with the correct unit number but were looking for John Jones and that's not me !!!!! They have been calling the wrong guy for my ****en parcel! And it takes an hour to get hold of a representative!!! And they don't give a ****, all they say is they will send complaint to head office, nothing to solve or a solution about my actual parcel!!!!!
