DPD fails service delivery

How long can it take to collect a parcel for return you ask? Apparently weeks. Called the helpline after being told the package would be collected before16:00 on 17/12. Still waiting… My calls got cut off by the call agents twice. I had to call back 3 times to get any sort of assistance. My call would be escalated to the manager who would contact me. You guessed it… Still waiting. I have a better chance of getting a pothole filled by Ekurhuleni at this point.
