DPD failing to deliver my package

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my delivery to be delivered to me. First I was told that my address was captured wrong on the system, then I was told they could not get hold of me after I arranged with them to do delivery after 3 pm because I am at work and I am not allowed my cellphone at work on plant. I am tired of waiting now. I will cancel my subscription with webafrica due to DPD laser failing to have my package delivered to me. This is a huge inconvenience to me right now.
