Dpd - Dumb per Day delivery service

I have been waiting for a package for over 2 weeks. Every time I send an email they say my postal address was wrong but is now corrected but they have delivered a package in the past to the same address. Incompetence really tired of them wish amazon would get rid of them and only use courier guy.
