DPD DOES NOT DELIVER PACKAGES

I have ordered 3 packages from Makro, it was being delivered by DPD Laser courier. The first package was delivered but to the wrong company the lady had to come and give me the package, the second package is delayed and DPD is saying they trying to contact me which is not true, I am calling them many times but I am receiving only excuses, the third package was not collected from the supplier and DPD told me that I should make my own arrangment with the supplier to have my package collected and delivered. The service is absolutely terrible and they either have no answer for you or they hang up. I have reported both DPD and Makro to ICASA.
