DPD - Disgusting Serivce

Disgusted with the service received from DPD Laser they have had my parcel since the 01/12/2025 without any communication regarding delivery, when the number supp**** is called you hold on for 30min and get cut off, when we do get through they advise that the address cannot be located, seriously a lot of couriers deliver to this address without fail, no communication from the driver as we will be more than willing to share the location, the help center agents when you finally get through are so rude. That is the line of work you chose so customer service is key. I will definitely be sending an email to the supplier to ensure they do not use this courier in the future for deliveries.
