DPD bad delivering service

They have my shein parcel it has been sent out for delivery two days now but still have not been delivered i have phoned twice now and they guaranteed me the driver will deliver today and they will be in contact but yet again nothing bit even after it has been escalated really bad bad bad service we are dealing with inconpetent couriers these days taking them a whole week and still they not even capable of delivering one stupid parcel
