DP Laser is the worst courier

What a horrible experience I had with this company. I'ts been 2 weeks since I ordered at Keedo and they used these guys for courier. To this day I haven't received my parcel. Every morning I receive a message that says my parcel is out for delivery then later on when I try to track it, it says the driver couldn't reach me, how I don't understand because my phone is on. For 4 days same story. I called them and gave an alternative number but outcome is the same, driver couldn't reach me. The call center agents are so rude, he asked me to hold the line only for him to hang up. I am so angry yoh and frustrated i need my
