DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very unprofessional company with no customer care at all. Driver was supposed to deliver a parcel last Friday only to call to deliver around 7pm. What I find shocking is that I was being shouted at for not picking a call at 19:11 at night and being told I’m troublesome. As I type this review we have waited for the parcel two more times and still nothing was said. Called on Thursday and they assured me that the parcel will be delivered on Friday because the company does not make deliveries to my area every day.

I still don’t have my parcel and when I called today, I’m being told to call the manager and find out from them?? Does that make sense? As if I haven’t wasted enough resources already while waiting for them 3 times already.

YOU DON’T EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR RATING FOR THE SERVICE I PAID FOR.

I am no longer interested in the parcel anymore.
