Don't answer phones and no feedback!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. When I phone it says "you are number 66 in the queue". What a joke! I need my parcel tomorrow and it's been sitting in their warehouse for the last two days. Will never be ordering from any companies that use Buffalo or DPD Laser again!
