Does Not Deliver

This was for an Amazon.co.za order that promised next-day delivery.

After receiving a call from DPD Laser at 8 am to arrange for delivery the status was changed to "Could not deliver" with the remark that no-one was at home even though we were.

After some back and forth and email exchange with Renate the status was changed to Delivered today but that is not the case.

I don't understand why Amazon.co.za does business with DPD Laser given their poor track record here on hellopeter. I will use Takealot.
