Does DPD Laser only have 1 vehicle in their fleet - Delivery delay for 1 month

On 8 December 2022 I got notified of a delivery for the next day. Never happened. It is 6 January, and I am still waiting. I managed to get an e-mail reply around 10 days later stating that they have a backlog of 3 weeks. Checking the updates on the link I received, apparently that have been trying to deliver repeatedly, but no-ne was available, with a next remark that they couldn't find the address. Why lie? Why **** comments on the updates? Why can ALL the other courier companies deliver without any issues, but you can't? Do you have only 1 vehicle in your fleet? Why do you accept work knowing you are unable to fulfill your promise to your client and their customers?
