Very unproffesional, they keep cutting dropping calls while you are seeking help, our parcel went missing and they say the DO NOT KNOW WHERE IT IS, bunch of ******* here, all we want is our parcel back, they failed with flying colors in terms of meeting ETA and quality of the service we just need back our parcel thats all.
