DPD Laser what shocking service! Your driver delivers a parcel to me Wednesday(, Yesterday(Friday 24 February 2023) the exact same driver has to do another delivery to me at the exact same address as Wednesdays delivery (SMS received with drivers details) ! By 16:00 yesterday there was no delivery so I go check tracking and low and behold it states delivered! POD signed by a complete stranger! My complex is small and there is 1) no one who resides or works in the complex with the name signed on the POD! Someone was handed a parcel by your driver who was not the intended recipient! It wasn’t even delivered to the correct address! I wasn’t even phoned by the driver nor did he dial my unit number which is clearly listed on the waybill! no one has even bothered to get back to me as to who is in possession of my parcel or where it is!!! I get told it’s been escalated to operations and they’ll contact me and guess what no one has contacted me!!! Surely you can get hold of the driver via cellphone!!! Now secondly my details are on a waybill on the parcel so the person your negligent driver gave the parcel to at 12:32 yesterday afternoon has committed theft as they accepted a parcel and likely opened it! DPD you have shocking customer service I have also reported this to the supplier who sent the parcel!!!
