Terrible service from this courier service provider. Save yourself from disappointment by using this service. All large organizations using dpd laser as their service provider to deliver their packages should review their SLA's and use of this company as they are causing them reputational damage. My parcel has been booked into the rustenburg branch since early December and is just lying on their depot floor. Promises to deliver for two weeks.
