DO NOT TRUST!!! They are the worst company ever!!!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered last week. It’s been 10 working days and I still haven’t received it. When I called, it was said the driver was at my gate but no one opened, which was a lie since there was no one at my gate. I did not receive a call through my intercom, nor to my cell. Later he said he couldn’t find the address. So instead of contacting me for directions, they just left it. Takealot had no issue delivering to this address. I called multiple times regarding this and nothing is done about it. Apparently if the driver is USELESS it’s the customer’s problem? What type of business works like this??? I am STILL waiting. The drivers are lying and they are not being held accountable which is shocking. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!
