Do not collect parcels - Pathetic

My Parcel was NEVER Collected, their driver and service operators have no customer service.

I made an online booking and paid R133,24 on Wednesday 10 May 2023 for a parcel to be transported from Johannesburg.

Per my online booking, the Parcel should have been collected from me on Thursday 11 May 2023 and Delivered on Friday 12 May 2023 at the delivery address.

Their *********** driver and non-existent communication services never reached out to me until I called on Thursday, 11 May 2023, to follow up on whether the Parcel will be collected, after which I was told the parcel will be collected between 15:00-17:00, waiting all day at my house to no avail AND I CALLED BACK TO FOLLOW UP ON FRIDAY and was told the ******* that the address could not be found.

HOW THE HELL IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN MY ADDRESS IS LISTED ON THE INVOICE!!!

I told their consultant I need that PARCEL delivered on Saturday morning as this issue was brought about by your drivers, she said she will speak to the area manager and revert...did she revert? Guess what, NO!

I then get a call from my complex on Monday 15 May 2023 that the driver is at my gate to collect a router, NOBODY SAID ANYTHING ABOUT A ROUTER. Secondly what frustrates me is that this parcel had a deadline to be delivered by Saturday the previous week and their driver conveniently not only rock up late, but without prior communication that they will collect the Parcel. I had wasted two whole days waiting for a no show.

The service and customer care I received was pathetic, I will never make use of their services again.
