Dissatisfied with DPD Laser's assistance (drivers and sales consultants)

The delivery guys from dpd laser were suppose to deliver my parcel by early last week and til today they have not done so. I feel disrespected because early last week I received an sms that my order will be delivered but nothing. Normally the drivers would call if they are lost but no call was received that day. I was told I'll receive my parcel by 5 September (yesterday) and drivers did not pick my order yesterday. Now the tracking status says delivery will be done by 9 September, which is super late for me. The order was made on the 25th of August.
