Dishonest and terrible service

This is such a terrible courier. They were paid for their services in the UK and then when I had to collect my package they added a new R180.pp documentation fee. I asked about it and they said this is standard and could not explain why, but gave me the option to make use of a different courier once I pay them a handover fee.

They basically promote ******ion to get your goods, but wait it gets worse.

They send me and the sender a message I did not accept the package when they came to the deliver. Note my package was still aslt customs awaiting clearance.

They are *********** and dishonest. They are cheap because their services are the worst anywhere.
