Disgustingly unprofessional company, no service, no delivery..

I paid for an international courier serivice through Parcel2Go, in the UK ( 12 July 22). They make use of dpd couriers. I paid for a 3-5 day delivery service and still have not recieved my parcel July 22. The pacel is stuck at their depot for the last 3 days. I have send mail after mail in order to try to get my parcel, no response, nothing. This company takes your money and does not deliver and there is absolutely nothing you I can do in order to get your money or parcel back!!!. What a unprofessional ********* company!
