Disgusting service....you have ruined my daughters XMAS!!!

Very disappointed with service - I tracked my parcel to point of just watching driver (thsepo.m) turn around and simply eave with no phone call or anything if he could not locate the address

I watched him on the tracker and saw he was in wrong address but he simply gave up and left with my daughters XMAS present!! surely you call if you cant find the address!!

There is no contact number for him so I called the number *** to simply hold for 23 minutes and each time I got to number one in the que I was sent right back to 64 in the que

THIS IS SHOCKING - I even logged a request for agent to call - nothing!!!!!

I have been trying since xmas eve to contact DPD and wvery time I fi ally get through i get promised someone will call me when they locate my parcel and no one ever does !! I was told in complete address which absolute nonsense your drive didn't bother and my status turned to "collection" has been arranged which was never actioned by me . I was promised at 7am this morning 29 dec that operations would call me back in 2 hours after 3 hours I called again and again promised someone would call shortly.....nothing ! Called again after waiting further 30 min and promised someone would call in 5 min we going on to 45 mins no call!

Disgusting service ....I want my daughter's xmas present!!
