DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM DPD LASER PRETORIA

If i could rate this business i would. I bought Hair Health. They use DPD laser aka Dawn wing as their courier company. I paid for express delivery. I had to get my parcel in 2-3 days. To my surprisew, when i checked the status of my delivery, it stated " unable to complete delivery order. I called DPD to explain what they meant. The lady told me my delivery was out yesterday, I explained to her I did not receive it, reason why im calling. She told me to give her 10minutes to enquire from "operations" and she'll get back to me. Ofcourse she never did. I called her back again and her explanation was that the driver's bakkie broke reason why i cant get my delivery withing that time frame. How is that my problem? I paid for a service, Im supposed to get what i paid for. She tells me i should take it up with the business i bought from since they are their clients and im not. So unapologetic and nonshalant about it as though i didnt pay for that service. Their service is pathetic. Its disgusting how business contue to choose this courier company with such poor customer service.
