Disgusting service

I've been trying to get a hold of a consultant for the last 3 days regarding a package that was to be delivered to me. The online update advised that the delivery was unsuccessful which is totally untrue as NOBODY came to deliver anything!After I finally managed to get through to the call center the agent requested my cellphone number and address, she then disconnected the call without assisting me, mind you I was on hold for over an hour before I spoke to her. I tried calling them back to no avail...they are the absolute WORST courier company to deal with. I have still not received my parcel which DPD has in their possession since Monday 15th December 2025. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with their service
