Disgusting service

Dpd delivered my parcel to the wrong address and now im having no joy from them in picking it up and delivering it to me. They do not phone back, they say they will investigate when i phoned, cant understand why it takes so long. I found the lady on Facebook who signed for my parcel and she said she told the delivery guy its the wrong address and he insisted she signs. Disgusted with their service
