Disgusting service

WORST COURIER SERVICE! I ordered a parcel on 26th Sept that was meant to be delivered on 29th September 2023. The order was from Cape Town to Oudtshoorn in the Western Cape. On Thursday I called and the parcel had been received at the George Depot in the Western Cape and was scheduled for delivery on the 29th of September. On the 29th of September, the parcel was not received and was rescheduled for the 02 October. This morning (02 October) I called again and again and after a long waiting period I was told that they don't know why my parcel isn't being delivered today and why it is now on it's way to Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape, and that I would be updated an hour later after my call with a response. I never received any communication back from DPD Laser regarding the update on why the parcel was in transit on 02 October from the Western Cape to the Eastern Cape when it was supposed to be delivered in the Western Cape. The shipping address is clearly stated in Oudtshoorn and I have now seen an update online that the parcel will arrive on 04 October, but no one can tell me why. I have taken honest comments to their Facebook page about this situation and I have been blocked by DPD Laser. I have no reason to use this courier service again. I have never experienced such poor service and I am appalled with the services. I will definitely make it known not to use this courier service.
