Disgusting service

I am appalled by the lack of communication from this company waited all day for my order which was supposed to arrive today by 18:30 did not receive my order nor did I receive communication advising me of a delay or when the order will be delivered they've had this order since the 24th of this month for them to not be able to deliver on the time they promised I am so appalled by this You guys need to do better at least communicate
