Disgusting attitude, very poor service

If I could give a zero, I would. SHOCKING service. They were asked to deliver a parcel after a specific date, as I was away. This was confirmed, but they delivered while I was away, leaving the package to sit unattended. The driver phoned me on whatsapp to say he had dropped the parcel. I said he could not, I was away, and he said, he had, and that was that. I complained to the supplier, who was just as bad (MyRunway - never again). I returned the order when I got back home, and every day, for FIVE DAYS I got a message saying they were coming, but they did not. When they eventually did come, the driver was extremely rude and arrogant, and had the wrong waybill number. I took a photo of the waybill number he used. I can just imagine this will get "lost" in transit. A useless, terrible company that every supplier now seems to be using. They must be dirt cheap.
