Disgusting attitude from the call center representative

I was expecting my parcel only to see on tracking information that the driver wasn't able to deliver and that the company is closed but the company isn't closed the driver didn't even pitch. Called in and got through to a very rude ill mannered call center agent who dropped my call. I am disgusted
