DPD Couriers **** TWICE – Disgrace\ful Service

On 25 July, I got a message that my parcel was out for delivery. I stayed home all day. Later the app said “attempted delivery – That is a blatant lie. No one came. I have cameras – I checked.

On 26 July, the driver called around 2 PM asking if he could deliver. I told him I wasn’t home but my neighbour across the road was waiting outside and could receive it. The driver never showed up. Then he said he won’t deliver today – maybe tomorrow or Monday. But again, the app was updated to say “delivered.”

DPD, stop lying to your customers. This is pathetic service and outright dishonesty. I never have any issues with Buffalo
