Disappointing service

This company is ***********, they update a delivery as out for delivery but it never arrives, they don't even bother to call the client and tell them about the delay. They keep updating on the system that the order is out for delivery everyday, I had to make sure that someone was at home all day on the initial day the delivery was said to arrive but it never did and that was a huge inconvenience. I would advise against companies using this courier facility for delivery to their clients because it is really annoying to have to keep following up on a delivery that I have already paid for and should be in my hands by now. I will not be ordering from Crocs South Africa anymore because they use this courier facility, next time I will rather opt for Superbalist because they are more reliable.
