DISAPPOINTING AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Terrible service!!!

I am waiting on a package to be delivered and everyday while i wait at home for it, nothing arrives, I get a notification that delivery failed! HOW when i am home ALL DAY AND NOONE CALLS ME.

I have called the DPD office 3 times stating to let driver know to call me, as two cell phone numbers have been provided.

I have not as yet received my parcel and I want this SORTED ASAP!
