Disappointed with Pdp laser and Zando

What an utterly dismal and frustrating experience with Zando and Pdp laser! Extremely disappointed in your services. Placed an order estimated delivery was 30-31 Oct. To my shock on the 31, I received an email stating that i should rate their delivery agent, i quickly rep**** to the email saying that i haven't received my order. It gets escalated and someone from Zando calls me to tell me that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, furthermore they tell me the courier guy will collect the parcel and delivery will be done to me as soon as possible, i have been doing follow since then, to this day i haven't received my order. My hard earned cash down the drain. Absolutely shocking.
