Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this courier company. I had been waiting for my SHEIN order, and on the app, it showed that my parcel was out for delivery. However, on the very same day, the tracking status updated to delivered signed for by someone I don’t know, at an unknown address.

The parcel never reached me or my residence. I tried contacting the courier company, but I haven’t received any tangible information about my parcel, who received it, where it was delivered, or why it was signed for by a person named Mnikelo, whom I do not know at all.

This is unacceptable, and I expect immediate clarity and resolution regarding my missing order.
