Didn't get my delivery

I am so disappointed in dpdlaser. I received an sms that my parcel was delivered but I hadnt received it. Their driver clearly delivered my parcel at the wrong place and they have been of very little help to resolve this. I don't even understand how a driver can deliver something at the wrong place when the adress is crystal clear. He didn't even try to call me, worse I was home the whole day so there is no way I could have missed him, he simply didn't come to my apartment. I am so upset and this isn't the kind of service I expect to receive
