Despicable Customer service and product NOT delivered.

I made a purchase online at ARC on 30th November and I still haven't received my order.

DPD Laser sent me an SMS to communicate they have processed my parcel at their depot on 04 December. No other communication has been made after. When I call to follow up I get different stories every time about them not having my parcel, or them saying they didnt collect or them saying its between the depots. On one phone call the consultant hung up on me when I was still speaking on the phone.

To say their service is despicable is an understatement. No customer service training what so ever. And I still haven't received my product.

I've you on line but no one picks up the phone, The courier guys say's I should contact you as they do not have my order?

Please can I have feedback on my order.
