Delivery to the wrong address and still waiting a week later

The driver delivered my Sportsmans Warehouse purchase to the wrong person, its almost a week and I still haven't received feedback. Sportsmans say they are waiting for DPD to respond to them but I'm not sure how this is my problem. DPD I would like to know what your delivery process is, why do you not have a pin code system like other up and coming couriers to prevent these situations? Sportsmans I think its time you change your service provider
