Delivery taking FOREVER!!!!

I am soo disappointed with the service of this company. I received an SMS from them stating that the delivery failed, however no one called me for the delivery. When I called them the lady I spoke to said they decided not to deliver because the address was a student accommodation and they believe it's closed since it's December. My response to her was I am an employee here and not a student she then said she will schedule the delivery for Friday the 2nd of January, I called again in the morning and the consultant there said it will be delivered before end of the day. I did a follow up around 15:00 and the consultant I spoke to said there was never a scheduled delivery for my items. So much inconvenience and panic for people who decide they will first LIE and said they attempted to deliver and they failed, and consultants who keeps on saying they're scheduling a delivery yet they don't. Now I'm waiting for WHENEVER they decide to deliver.
